Halogen Claims Services Limited is a private limited company formed in 2003 by experienced claims professionals to provide a range of services to the insurance claims industry. Now under the management of Tony Chapman A.C.I.I., we have moved onto a new chapter in our development to build on our past successes. There have been many changes in the claims industry over the years and many insurers have adapted their operations to meet the challenges that have arisen. However, our view is that constant improvement and adaptation is required and this comes about by challenging the ideas and processes that are in place in any claims organisation.
